- Ensure availability of equipment based on scheduled and emergency needs.
Compliance with Vale Global Standards
- All equipment must meet Vale’s global load criteria and comply with PNR000069 requirements.
- Adherence to safety, environmental, and operational regulations set by VMM.
Maintenance & Support
- Regular inspections, servicing, and troubleshooting for all cranes and mobile equipment.
- Deployment of standby technicians to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Workforce & Safety Management
- Provide trained and certified operators for all machinery and equipment.
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills in alignment with VMM’s safety protocols.
On-Site Presence & Rapid Response
- Set up an on-site office and yard in Lumut for real-time coordination and faster response to VMM’s requirements.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of key personnel for urgent requests and operational support.
